Life Has So Much Good To Offer, this is part of my long, long series of painting homes, and painting houses at the edge of the world, this is a really lovely, lovely painting. you can see that life has so much good to offer here, it's nothing outlandish, it's nothing ridiculous, it's just the simple goodness of life. The bird in the painting is, of course, that symbol that God is always watching over us, the little chairs, there's a baby's chair, a child's chair so you know that children live here, a little sand pale and a dog sitting at the edge of the water there, most likely trying to catch a crab or something that he will be sorry he caught later, but I love this little painting, and I love all my paintings of houses at the edge of the world, and if you look in the door or the window you see that they have stars on their curtains, and it's just a fun little painting, there's a pies sitting in the window cooling, and shells painted on their screen door. Life has so much good to offer, I think this is a really good example of my houses at the edge of the world.
